The aim of the Factory Skills Development Training program is to train factory professionals as well as students to support the textile and apparel industry in achieving next level of transformation. While Bangladesh is spending a lot of foreign currencies in hiring mid to top level professionals from abroad the program will build a generation of experts to cater that demand.
